To All Our Customers

Your health and safety is important to us. We know there are concerns over COVID-19 and we wanted to let you know how Gemcraft Homes is responding.

Most of our Model homes are open and following the procedures below. Please check the website for open house hours. 

All our employees are practicing regular hand washing / sanitizing. When you visit a model home, we are not shaking hands, but our sales team will greet you warmly. In addition to our regular cleaning schedule, we are cleaning the high touch areas of the model homes including handles, switches and countertops each day and after customer appointments. Masks are required when entering a model home. We will also ask you to wash your hands or use hand sanitizer when you arrive.

Employees are required to stay home if they are sick and we encourage our customers to do so as well. We are continually monitoring the situation for the safety of our Customers, Team Members and Trade Partners. We appreciate everyone’s patience during this time.
