Sales and Marketing Assistant - Full Time. Weekend hours required. Position is to assist in the main office with sales and marketing tasks and staff new home model sales centers. Must have reliable transportation. Terrific compensation plan.

Essential Job Duties:
·Assist Sales and Marketing leadership with related tasks including but not limited to brochure management, reporting, flyers, website updates, social media and other tasks as assigned.
·Responsible for staffing model homes, usually when a Community Sales Manager or Asst. Sales Manager cannot be present.
·Greet visitors, demonstrate the home and its features, and provide information.
·Acquire the information requested on the Customer Preference Survey Card for every visitor.
·Set appointments for prospective buyers.
·Assure at all times that the models are clean and all furnishings, accessories, and equipment are in first-class condition.
·Assure that an adequate and complete supply of point-of-sale material is available.
·Perform follow-up phone calls and direct mailings to prospects.
·Assist Sales staff in any duties required to maintain a professional presentation.
