Gemcraft Homes is growing our production team in MD, PA, DE and VA.  We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated candidates to join our team throughout the company.  The ideal candidate will have experience in residential/commercial construction, the ability to work in a fast paced environment, good communication skills, be a team player and have the willingness to learn.

Responsibilities Include:

Management of all aspects of construction for one or more of our communities.  Including scheduling of contractors, budget review, ensuring building code/quality standards, site safety, site cleanliness and providing excellent customer service.  Must be production oriented with the ability to oversee multiple homes under construction and manage issues as they arise while meeting construction deadlines.
