The role of Community Sales Manager encompasses the promotion of Gemcraft Homes’ communities and homes while consistently meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets. This position requires cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with customers, real estate agents, and internal teams to optimize sales performance. Ideal candidates will exhibit the following attributes:

The Assistant Community Sales Manager is responsible for staffing a beautiful, professionally decorated model home located in either Salisbury, MD, or Pittsville, MD.
The Assistant Community Sales Manager plays a vital role in creating an inviting atmosphere for customers visiting the model. This position involves welcoming visitors, showcasing the home’s features, and sharing insightful information about the community, available homes, and the offerings of Gemcraft Homes.
Furthermore, the Assistant Community Sales Manager will cultivate meaningful relationships by effectively managing follow-up communications with prospective buyers and maintaining engagement with current clients throughout the home-building process.
This position requires availability on weekends, specifically from 10 AM to 5 PM on both Saturday and Sunday, in conjunction with three weekdays. Reliable transportation is essential to fulfill the duties associated with this role.

The Sales Assistant role involves staffing one of our sales centers situated in Greenbackville, VA, or Pocomoke, MD. Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming visitors with warmth and enthusiasm, ensuring they feel welcomed and engaged.
- Highlight the unique features of the model home. Share insights about the community and the surrounding area, sparking curiosity and interest.
- Offer clear and detailed information about our move-in-ready homes and an array of floor plans to match every lifestyle.
- Provide detailed information about Gemcraft Homes, showcasing the quality and craftsmanship that sets us apart.
As a Sales Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our customer experience by gathering visitor data using our provided Customer Registration Card. You’ll then input this information into our CRM system, helping us build lasting relationships with our clients. Additionally, a keen eye for detail will ensure that our model home is always organized and visually appealing, creating an inviting atmosphere for visitors.
Candidates must be prepared to work during weekends, with operational hours from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on both Saturday and Sunday. Candidates must possess reliable transportation.
